One marketing headache fixed on screen, every week Winnipeg, and businesses across North America

Making marketing simple.

Reviews that come in on their own. Customers who book themselves. A question answered at 9pm and booked at 9:05. When the boring parts of marketing run on their own, the business grows.

I'm Chibuzor Alumba. I show how to build it on YouTube every week, and I build it for businesses that would rather have it done.
This week's fix

Stop Duplicate SMS: GoHighLevel and EMR Webhook Fix

A clinic's thank-you text fired every time an admin touched the appointment. One patient got four in a day, and one went to someone who cancelled. Here is the webhook, the fix that did not work, and the two conditions that did.

One client, three years together

Same tax guy, same town. New systems, new numbers.

  1. When we met$3,400
  2. Year 1 together$7,000
  3. Year 2$14,000
  4. Year 3$24,000+

From $3,400 a year to over $24,000. Doubled three years in a row. Customers book themselves, reminders go out on their own, his website shows up on Google, and questions get answered at night. He just does the taxes.

Four years, 15 reviews

Umina Flooring Solutions does beautiful epoxy and polished concrete, and in four years had 15 Google reviews. Not because customers were unhappy. Nobody asked at the right moment. Her own branded review page went live and the asking became automatic.

10 five-star reviews in the first two weeks. 15 became 25.

Great work, nobody could find him

Manzano Property Services had years of happy customers and nothing online. No Google profile, no website, no logo. We set up the profile, the review system, a website that says what he does and where, and a mark so it all looks like one business.

From invisible to found, booked and reviewed, within a week.

Phone tag and empty chairs

A tax preparer in a small town outside Winnipeg. A booking calendar on his site, so a visitor picks a time and it lands on his calendar without him touching anything. Reminders the day before, an hour before, ten minutes before. The reminder does the remembering.

His business doubled three years in a row.

The question that comes in at 9pm

Same tax preparer. Someone lands on his site at night in tax season and asks, do you do small business returns? An assistant on the site answers right then and offers a time. When it leaves out a detail, he adds it himself from an app on his phone.

Asked at 9pm, booked at 9:05, while he was at home.

A store that could not take money

An online store with a broken cart. For over a month, nobody who visited could pay her. Within a day of taking her on she had a working site on her own domain, Stripe connected, orders flowing. The shipping rules moved over next, every rate rebuilt and tested like a customer would.

Broken for a month. Taking orders again in a day.

Calling every subtrade, every night

A renovation project manager used to phone every trade each evening. Did you finish, any blockers. Custom software now routes every flagged issue to that trade’s manager with her copied in, and anyone who has not checked out by a set time gets the reminder email on its own.

She stopped chasing. The system reminds, she reads, she decides.

Sometimes it is one introduction

One connection. Three years of work.

An HVAC owner could not get in with home builders. I introduced him to the right people. Three years later he has more work than he can do, well over 50 thousand from that one introduction. If you know who you want as a customer and cannot reach them, I can help with that too.

Do it yourself with the videos

Every week I take one marketing headache and fix it on screen, start to finish, inside GoHighLevel. Copy what you see. When you're ready for the CRM, sign up through my link: it costs nothing extra, it supports the channel, and I do a deep-dive session with you to map what to build first.

Turn off ad blockers before clicking or the referral will not track.

Outcomes

Real businesses. Real numbers.

Every number on this page is a real business I worked with. None of them got a promise from me. They got systems that fit how they work, and the customers came.

Why I will never promise to double your business in 20 days

Nobody can promise you results. I set up the systems. You do the work you love. Your customers decide.

Tell me what's broken.

Missed calls, reviews, follow-ups, the website, the calendar, the nightly chasing. Two sentences is plenty. I read every one and I'm usually back to you the same day.
